Sunday Gravy I absolutely love this sauce, also known as Sunday Gravy, which I can enjoy any day of the week. It's perfect for those times when I'm feeling hungry and want something quick and easy to prepare, but with loads of flavor. This particular recipe doesn't contain any meat, but it can be easily adapted by adding leftover beef or pork to your preferred pasta dish. Prep Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 1 hour Total: 1hr 25 mins Yield: 2-2 1/2 Cups  Ingredients: 1 lb. Roma Tomatoes, medium dice 1 Yellow Onion, medium, fine chop 2 Garlic Cloves, minced 1-2 Cubes, Homemade Pork Bouillon  1 T. Bacon Grease 2 T. Dried Oregano 1 T. Dried Basil 1/2 T. Dried Marjoram 2 t. Black Pepper 1-2 T. Himalayan Salt 2 T. Olive Oil 4 C. Cold Water or Beef/Pork Stock  Preparation: 1.
